- Ready-made items are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
- Custom printed orders may require 3–7 working days depending on design approval and quantity.
- Orders are only processed after full payment is received.
Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: Estimated 2–5 working days.
- East Malaysia: Estimated 4–8 working days.
- International orders: Delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on delivery location and parcel weight.
- Promotional free shipping may be offered during selected campaigns.
Tracking Orders
- Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email.
